Yep, Sara, that was good, clear, thorough and encouraging 🙂
I have decided to set up a beautiful one week seminar somewhere exotic to enable people to write their own book as I did LVL Letters to My Vibrational Lover…in 50 shades of colour….a “long distance sexual relationship ” book, where sexuality doesnt have to be confined to touch, but can be explored deeply within the more subtle bodies, and from a distance- sexual mediation. I work on these levels massively and i believe it is now possible to bring this awareness tot he mainstream..we should chat..Maybe you would like to guest if I build this week long MASTERMIND somewhere nice ? 🙂

  19. Ashley says:

I have your book, but what if I feel I’m out of whack in each category? I couldn’t pin point which hormone I’m struggling with. My scores on the quiz were basically really high in each category 🙁 Any advice?

  20. Ashley says:

I have The Hormone Cure, but when I took the quiz and found I was extremely high in most categories. How do I pin point which hormones I’m struggling with? Does this actually mean that the majority of my hormones are out of whack? Main symptoms are low sex drive, moody & blah feeling. 🙁 Thanks!

  21. David Booyer says:

If there is one thing I would say that I have understood and you have said it as many others have is SUGAR is destroying the health of America!! It really is out of control! Thank you saying it again!

  22. Wendy says:

    Hi Dr. Sara,
I have had pre-cancerous cells on my uterus (complex hyperplasia with atypia) which my Dr treated with Megace. After a D & C that came back completely clear, she inserted the Mirena IUD. After just 3 weeks, I’m suffering from weight gain and acne. I have literally watched the scale go up a pound every two days. I eat very healthily and workout 5-6 days a week. Is there anything I can do? My Dr believes the IUD is my best defense against the pre-cancer coming back. Thank you!

    Wendy

  23. Wendy says:

    Hi Dr Sara,
I’ve been on the Mirena IUD for three weeks now and am just starting to see weight gain and acne. I am very careful about my diet so I know it is hormone related. I am on the IUD to guard against pre -cancerous cells in my uterus. After 3 months on Megace and a D&C I know longer have any signs of my previous complex hyperplasia with atypica. What can I do to help with these side effects? Thank you

Hi Sara- Great Presentation! You touched on this topic briefly but what do you reccomend for ladies who rely on *ahem* “mechanical help” for orgasm? I have been using it since I was 17 and find it impossible to climax any other way. Obviously very frustrating for my partner and I. Is there someplace you reccomend to start when it coming to retraining myself?

Great presentation! I hope you can answer my question or give tips. I am only 28 and have had low libido for years now. I have also been on the pill since I was 18 due to recurring ovarian cysts. I believe the pill affects my hormones and libido but I’m not sure if I have any other option due to the cysts. I had my right ovary and fallopian tube removed at 18 and I guess I am asking for any advice you have to offer. Thank you.

  31. Susan M Grimes says:

This is awesome! Thank you so much! I could not catch what she said to take with B vitamins though. Could you help please? BTW, love ya Sean!

  32. Angie L. says:

Does all of this advice apply if you are breastfeeding? Most of what I’ve read has said I’m basically up a creek until I stop breastfeeding. Thanks.

    • MamaCassi says:

as a breastfeeding mother- i can say that taking this advice helps a lot! having a gentle, open, sharing partner and making the time to have sex is such a joy. but also, correcting your diet to support your body and regulate your hormones helps a lot too! coconut oil next to the bed, time, focus, and DON’T wait til 10pm to make loving each other a priority. i definitely had hot flashes and night sweats after each birth, but that all regulated out by 2 months postpartum, and by using much of the information in these various presentations, you can definitely not view this current state of breastfeeding as up a creek! just a little different than usual, but actually you can improve your love life now and go forward only making it stronger!
