Thanks so much for doing this! Great information and tips that I had no idea about. Can’t wait to put some of this info into practice 😉
I love how eating healthily is so closely related to good sex Unfortunately it’s getting harder and harder to find chemical-free food, since food companies are buying more and more of the market… We need to do something about it before it’s too late, and eat as much organic food as possible!
Loved the interview. Yuri did a great job braking down the science so it was easy to understand. I’m going to go buy some Maca!
Thanks for the great subject! I love studying nutrition , I will check out your super nutrition academy!
Loved this! It was so informative. My favorite quote was “How you heal anything is how you heal everything.” Thanks so much for the great info!
Loving this Summit, the wealth of information is awesome!!

Love this! This is really good, simple info for people. Most men I know don’t have a clue about any of this. Men go nuts eating meat (usually conventional) trying to get big and manly. They don’t realize they could be hurting their testosterone. I love that stress was addressed as well, as stress is such a HUGE issue with hormone imbalance in men and women of all ages.
Great info! Yuri breaks it down so its easy to understand. I’m getting me some Maca!
Great info! Thanks!
I always learn so much when I listen to Yuri.
Yuri’s interview was awesome! Very easy to understand and apply. I’m getting some Maca!
This is brilliant. At 49 I’ve watched my weight creep up and my libido disappear over the last decade, despite increased exercise and removal of wheat and sugar (usually) from my diet. I knew hormones were important, but I really think I need to get proactive about fixing things.
Loved this! We all need to realize the connection foods have to all aspects of our health and wellbeing.
Thanks for the information!!!
Thanks for listing the foods to avoid and those to be sure to incorporate into the diet. It all comes back to eating real food, exercise, and sunshine
Great information! It was very helpful and easy to understand.
Thanks for all of the great info! The more I learn the more I realize how nutrition impacts so many different aspects of health. And I just ordered some maca powder
Thanks for all of the good info! The more I learn, the more I realize how much nutrition affects overall health. And I just ordered some maca poweder
Great information and totally empowering. Another great motivator to continue our path to a clean, whole foods life!
Thanks, Yuri, for the tips on how food and exercise affect testosterone levels.
‘How you heal anything is how you heal everything’, I love that! Thank you so much and will be doing your super nutrition academy very soon
I really enjoyed Yuri’s talk! Great presenter with lots of clear and useful information. Thanks for sharing your expertise. By the way, we eat lots of delicious local oysters here on the Gulf Coast. You should come down and try some!
Thanks Yuri! You are my go to for quality nutrition info. I didn’t realize the connection between fat and testosterone.

I already applied one thing I heard in the presentation: cold shower !!! feel more energetic, the breathing is already better.
Great presentation !
Hi, thanks for the good infomation. Two questions! Is Maca contraindicated with Thyroid Medication? And is weight training counterindicated with Adnrenal Exhaustion? Thank you!
REALLY looking forward to watching this…I’ve been actually trying to get pregnant for over 3 years (i have PCOS) and since implementing a clean diet and eliminating foods, i’ve already started to see progress in balancing my hormones (just not quite there yet!) …looking forward to more info on how diet can help! thanks!
Great information. This couldn’t come at a better time. We have really taken charge of our health over the past year and I think this will greatly help make even more improvements. I would love to win this so I can share it with my husband when he gets home from the field next week.
Loving what you have put together Sean. Listening to one presentation at a time in between clients. Yuri’s info was spot on.
After 10 years of marriage and no children yet, we’re still hopeful that both of our bodies might yet become healthy enough to attain a state of health to support this blessing. I’ve learned so much from each and every Summit but this one in particular is just what I needed in such a clear and concise format!!! I found Sean through Paul Chek and so enjoy this diverse group of individuals you’ve introduced us to by crocheting together all their unique research and backgrounds. Yuri’s presentation was absolutely Wonderful !!!
Really enjoying the sessions so far!
Fantastic summit yet again. Congratulations Sean! Yuri explained how estrogen reduces testosterone. I didn’t know that it wasn’t just a straight ratio issue, but involved the liver. Cool! Looking forward to the rest of the presentations. Much thanks!
I loved listening to Yuri’s talk. He had a lot of great information to share in easily understood terms. Thank you for putting together this great summit.
So glad to be introduced to Yuri! He presents nutritional information in an easy-to-digest form. (Sorry, couldn’t help the pun!)
I enjoyed this presentation! It was interesting to find out how testosterone plays a part in females. Also, I have added some new foods (pumpkin seeds and maca) to my must-have list of foods! Can’t wait to try them.
Very helpful information! I enjoyed learning about what nutrients are most beneficial!
Thanks Yuri. This was helpful.
Great information!! Many thanks.
Thanks Yuri for the tips of what to eat.
Thanks for the informative presentation. A question came up for me about the pregnenolone steal, where the body favors cortisol as a pathway or response to excitation. I’ve read that this pathway can begin to be established in utero. How difficult is this to change? I struggle with anxiety and wonder what it will take to change….
Can’t wait to hear this talk
Thanks for a great talk about some of the best and worst foods for just about all aspects of health. This is definitely a presentation to take notes on for reference!
Great topic and great presentation. Loved the information about soy in particular as I’ve got hypothyroidism and have been debating my endocrinologist about the effects of soy on how good or bad I feel. It is definitely time to go back to being completely soy free!
Loving all of this concentrated information!!!
Great info! More reasons to eat organic veggies and pastured, grass-fed meat. Funny, as I listened to this I was preparing some bison liver to try for the first time!
Thank you so much for all of this!!! I am slowly rebuilding after major hormone imbalance and all of this info is answering so many questions.
Great info!! Thx!:)
Great info! Thx!:)
Such a great presentation! Thanks Sean for putting these together!
This is so informative, I am learning so much. Love it!
This was a very helpful and interesting webinar. Thanks so much for the great insights into attaining healthy bodies.
Really loved this and helps to understand why some of the food we eat as healthy individuals also help us get our sexyback! Great to know how some of those clean eats help us in every aspect of our life.
Great info, I am learning so much!
Great information! Thank you so much…very inspiring!
Great info, learning so much!
Great summit, thanks for all the great info!
Awesome show! This summit is a wonderful opportunity to learn about the multiple yet interrelated factors that affect our libido. Thanks!
Yuri – your details of a complex subject were simple to understand.
Great info, but I just wanted to mention to do your own research on Maca before you try it. I started taking raw Maca powder in my protein shakes and for a while I felt great but then started getting a weird sensation in my throat. I did some further investigating and came across that in the raw form it can mess with your thyroid and the non raw form was best to use. I stopped taking it and the feeling went away. Everyone is different though and I always seem to have paradoxical effects from things and know I have a hormonal imbalance, hence why I was taking it. I think Maca is great, but just do the research and know your body.
I have been learning a lot about how food effects everything in our bodies and have changed my eating habits. Yuri gave me more food for thought and things to add to my diet.
Thanks so much for this, I really enjoyed Yuri and the info. Can’t wait to share with to share with my hubby!
I’ve been craving more broccoli and fish recently…. go figure. Will have to keep an eye out for Maca and red up more on that. Good to know I’m mostly on the right track for eating clean and may need to add zinc. Thank you for the pointers. (Side note – the name of the summit was a reason NOT to sign up initially… but the rest of the described content was of enough interest to at least sign up… but the name is also a reason I won’t be able to watch as much as I’d like as that or being through a blog site are reasons I can’t view the site from my work computer…)
Thanks for the tips on ways to increase testosterone production and advising us on which foods to avoid its depletion.
Yuri, thank you for your presentation and clearly your passion for nutrition and to help others clearly shows. I am one of those as well but much newer to this. Food really is everything. The closer to whole foods the better you will feel. I am still dealing with adrenal fatigue and I do not have the best response to stress. Wondering how I can increase my adrenal function quicker. I have had adrenal supplements. Is this also linked to my ultra low libido?
Thanks for the practical suggestions.
Fascinating presentation. Glad to hear my favorite foods are generally in the clear!
Great Information. Really loving the Summit, Thanks!
Lovin’ the Summit so far and it’s only day 2!!
Thanks so much! Great information and easy to understand.
Yay, another great summit. Sean, you are the best summit host and you always choose excellent topics and presenters. I love this info, it’s a gold mine! I don’t usually go out of my way to seek out sexual health topics so thanks for condensing it here. I’m learning some really useful things, some of which may never have crossed my radar. And connecting some dots. And turning me on (pun intended) to some good reads: I definitely want to get Dr. Gottfried and Alisa Viti’s books. Thanks!!!!
Loved this! Thank you.
Yuri, high intensity exercise was mentioned as a testosterone booster, and therefore something to increase
sex drive. Would Zumba fall under this, specifically with regard to women? Thank you for sharing such helpful information.
Worth a try. Thanks for the information. This program is great.
I loved this! It should be mandatory viewing for all men! Thanks!!
Nutrition is SO key! Thanks for equipping us with this info!
Thank you for all of this information. Chemical free nutrition really is key to so much. It is such a shame that it is difficult to find and expensive so that optimum health for all is not always possible.
Great presentation. Looks like I have some more tweaking to do to my eating plan. Thanks for the information!
Fantastic talk! My favorite of day 2. Thanks!
Great info! Thank you!!
Love the great info. Can’t wait to start using what I have learned so far!!
Great info esp about zinc as a sexy mineral
Very interesting discussion. I really enjoyed Uri’s concise and easy to understand approach to sharing knowledge. My one question for his is if you are trail running for say an hour or two but it isn’t flat so there are bursts of energy on the uphills does this constitute duration running which lowers testosterone or is this interval training which helps to increase levels? Thanks
Love what nutrition can do for the body!
Going to dig the Maca out of the cupboard. 😉
Sound advice. Thanks!
Thanx for the nutritional info…Oysters in my future….
Very informative! I will be heading to Yuri’s websites.
Thank you Sean and the team of speakers for giving us practical advice and helpful information!
Thanks for the great information. So Intrigued to learn more about maca!
I love this presentation. My husband and I have been trying to figure this out for a while now and this was just so succinct. I wish I could have a copy to show him when he gets home.
This was great! I have been meaning to order Maca for so long and now I have another reason!!
Thanks for explaining HOW our home’s healthy eating habits are working in our bodies. Love hearing about how food regulates our hormones and heals adrenal glands!
Great info….everything I’ve listened to has been right on and a great reminder of everything I’ve learned over the past years. Thanks for putting on this very professional seminar.
I now have plans to go to an oyster bar!
